Use of the service

HighCapDeals is a price-comparison service. We aggregate publicly-available product pricing and stock data from licensed dealers. We do not sell firearms or accessories directly. All purchases are completed between you and the dealer you click through to.

Accuracy

Prices, stock status, and deals shown on the site reflect data we received from dealers at the time of the most recent feed import (typically within the last hour). Prices change frequently. We make no guarantee that a price shown on HighCapDeals will match the price at checkout on the dealer's site.

Legal compliance

You are responsible for verifying that any firearm, magazine, or accessory you purchase is legal in your jurisdiction. Dealers are responsible for complying with federal, state, and local laws. HighCapDeals does not verify legality of products against your specific address.

Affiliate relationships

HighCapDeals participates in affiliate programs with some dealers and may receive a commission on purchases made through links on the site. These relationships do not influence which deals appear or how they are ranked.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. HighCapDeals is not liable for errors in pricing data, dealer product descriptions, stock availability, shipping delays, or any other issue that originates with a dealer.
