Description UPDATE: The right side of the stock has a crack in the top wood barrel cover, serial number 1668. Erfurt Karabiner 98 in 8mm with a five round capacity and a 24" barrel. Metal butt plate. Smooth wood stock with metal ring to take firing pin out of bolt. Blued trigger guard, trigger, bolt, receiver and barrel. Rear bolt safety switch. Rear left side of receiver bolt release. Under barrel fixed bayonet lug and stacking prog. Rear flip up adjustable and front fixed blade sight. Receiver marked 1916 then restamped later 1920. Must ship to a C&R or FFL holder.Condition: Good with finish wear/loss, scratches, wood dings and handling wear.
