While a stock AR-15 trigger has a 4.0-4.5 lb pull: the same trigger with the AA Ultralight Trigger spring kit has a weight of 3.0-3.5 lbs. These ultralight springs are recommended for commercial primers (ie .223 commercial ammunition) which will reliably fire with the reduced hammer strike.
